Shonna's Messenger Oracle card of the day

Is there something being rushed that would perhaps have a better outcome with patience and diligence?

"Now is not the time to act. Now is a time to show self-restraint; to be patient and wait. Do not let your desire for an outcome or resolution result in one that is not to your liking because you forced it to manifest before it was time. Trust that all will be as it is meant to be, when it is meant to be. Be still. Let go of all frustration and impatience, and remember that good things come to those who wait."

  1. Patience as we get older can be the hardest thing to achieve, but often the most important. I know certain things will work out in the long run, but the waiting can be agony. It's hard to silence the fear that there is some race against time.

    1. I hear you, and when we get older, it does feel like we're racing against time...and essentially, we are. I think in some cases patience is really important, but in other ways, it is important to act. It's all the balancing act of life, knowing when patience is needed and knowing when action is needed. I like what the card represents as far as the reminder to not force something before it is meant to be, as doing so can cause a result that we didn't intend.
